He is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience as a Group Financial Controller and Finance Advisor for both private and publicly listed companies. He has successfully managed the financial operations of up to 10 subsidiaries, focusing on financial health, compliance, and strategic growth through detailed analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Boyd's expertise extends to auditing and internal auditing, having worked with top global firms such as Deloitte, BDO, and Grant Thornton, where he conducted comprehensive audits across various industries and regions.
His industry experience spans manufacturing, services, and construction, among other sectors, making him a versatile leader with a strong foundation in both financial management and auditing. Boyd's strategic insights and ability to navigate complex financial landscapes have consistently contributed to business success.
Methaphon Chindasaeng [Art] - Head of audit partner
Methaphon Chindasaeng (Art) is a highly skilled Business & Integration Architecture Analyst with a background in auditing and internal auditing from renowned international firms, including Grant Thornton. He has worked with clients both locally and globally, across a variety of industries such as manufacturing, retail, and construction. His diverse experience enables him to bring valuable insights into business operations and integration strategies. Additionally, Art is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which adds further depth to his understanding of financial compliance and audit standards.
Manunya Kultananun [Jae] - Signing Partner
Manunya Kultananun (Jae) is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in auditing and internal auditing, having worked with prestigious firms like BDO, and Grant Thornton. Her career spans a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, services, construction, and non-governmental organizations, both locally and internationally. Jae's expertise also includes financial advisory services such as business acquisition, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. She is well-versed in consolidated accounting and adheres to both IFRS and US GAAP standards. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and regulatory compliance.
Kullaphorn Sawangteerawat [Pang] - Associate Director
Kullaphorn Sawangteerawat (Pang) is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in external auditing, having worked at Deloitte with both international and local clients across diverse industries such as services, manufacturing, and automotive. She specializes in preparing financial statements and tax returns, with expertise in consolidated financial statements, adhering to both IFRS and US GAAP standards. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing a high level of proficiency and compliance knowledge to her work.
Paramat Tarapan [Mart] - Tax Director
Paramat Tarapan has previous experience in international consulting firms. He specializes in tax and corporate law. His experience encompasses various fields of industry, including airline, trading, manufacturing, real estate development, asset management, and e-commerce.
He advised clients on a variety of tax matters including personal income tax, corporate income tax, value added tax, specific business tax, stamp duty and BOI tax incentives. He assisted clients in tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation. He also conducted tax due diligence for M&A projects.
His practice in corporate law includes corporate structuring, joint venture formation, corporate secretary and foreign direct investment.
